2. On-Premises Resolution

If you are not completely satisfied with a service you have received, please inform a member

of our staff before you leave the premises. We will make every effort to address your concerns

immediately, which may include rectifying the service or offering a full or partial refund.

3. Post Service Complaints

If an issue arises after you have left our premises, you must notify us in writing (via email or a

formal letter) within 7 days of the service date. This notification must include:

•⁠ ⁠The date and time of your appointment.

•⁠ ⁠A detailed description of the complaint.

•⁠ ⁠A copy of your receipt.

 

4. Failure To Comply

 

Please be aware that any complaints received more than 7 days after the service date will not

be accepted or considered.

By receiving a service from us, you agree to this policy and waive your right to a refund or

resolution for any service-related complaint raised after this 7-day period. We thank you for
