2. Booking and Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance either by phone (+44 7948 969999) or in person. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are as advertised and are subject to change without prior notice.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Health and Safety
Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Certain conditions
may prevent us from providing specific treatments.
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All equipment is sanitized between clients, and our therapists follow strict hygiene protocols.
5. Client Conduct
We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate subsequent bookings.
6. Liability
While we take every care to ensure your safety and comfort, Nexus Thai Massage will not be held liable for any injury or adverse reaction that may occur during or after treatment, provided that all health information has been disclosed prior to treatment.
7. Personal Belongings
Nexus Thai Massage is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or premises.
